Free 30 min assessment

I offer up to 30 minutes free assessment/consultation by phone or in the studio. This gives an opportunity for questions and to determine whether or not this is a suitable service for you.​

After the initial consultation, you may choose short term counselling which can be 6 weekly sessions. There is an option for longer term counselling, which can be discussed at the consultation. All ongoing sessions will be reviewed periodically to suit your needs

Guidance 

Do you have a worry or problem and like some compassionate confidential brief support? I am also offering an email service of 'ASK CLAIRE'. The response will include real supportive guidance, coping strategies and recommendations where appropriate.

This service is not a crisis or emergency service and does not replace or be simultaneous to ongoing therapy. 

There will be a limit of 3 emails per person a week.

100 word max email receives a 100 word max response.

BACP Accreditation

​The Accreditation status is awarded to a member who has achieved a substantial amount of evidence of learning and training and has been approved by the BACP.

I offer a strict confidentiality service. 

I have a professional commitment to the BACP Ethical Framework.

BACP Register
