Nature based enrichment sessions are extremely helpful for developing wellbeing skills and coping strategies. We work outside and use the shepherd's hut space.  In these sessions we practice the simple ways of managing the nervous system, to bring stability, to feel calmer, more grounded and all in the nurturing environment of nature. It will be a combination of breathwork; movement; being present; guided visualisations and some sound-healing. These are extremely helpful ways for managing stress and building resilience. We will work outside in the fresh air, with the elements, supported by nature at a peaceful country retreat. There are donkeys, a native pony and wildlife in the surrounding paddocks. We will not go in with the equines but they will be close enough to stroke.

Enrichment sessions are particularly helpful for people who would prefer occasional sessions to improve anxiety and overwhelm. These sessions are 1 hour.
